Alella Vinicola

This is a cava made with a wine base in which the traditional varieties are combined. The minimum ageing period is 14 months and it is degorged just before it comes onto the market to maintain all its freshness and intensity.

It has a yellow-golden colour, an intense, complex aroma with an expression of the classical ageing with dried fruit notes. On the palate, it is very tasty and expressive, with fine notes of lees. It is balanced and long-tasting.

It is ideal very cold as an aperitif for accompanying typical Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
